can u get pregnant after having unprotected sex the day after period is gone?

birth control was started on dat same day for the first time
my girl and i have this on many occasions and there has been no unexpected preg... but its the first time she is takin the birth control bcuz her peroids comes every 2 weeks
 
Yes it is possible, the birth control was not working if you just started it that day, and it is possible to get pregnant every day of the month.
 
my husband and i have been using this method for a while and we did not have an unexpected pregnancy yet. They say you cannot get pregnant he day after ur period ends, I have tried it and believe its true.
 
It is possible because sperm can live in side you for up to 7 days and if you ovulate in those days then the egg could become fertilized.

Birth control is highly unreliable for the first time you use it. The instructions always say to use a back up method the first month.
