Can u get charge with attempted murder? When u werent the shooter ?

For exsample if they dont have the gun or no physical evidence the witness say u werent the shooter but u were with the shooter ? And no witnesses go and testefy agains u can u steel b charge
 
You don't have to be the shooter to be charged and convicted with murder. If you participate in a crime that leads to the shooting you can be charged. If you had knowledge before hand of the crime you can be convicted. If you participated in a conspiracy that lead to the attempted murder you can be charged.

You don't even need to be anywhere near the scene of the crime.
