Can u get a dui for riding ur bike while under the infulence?

Im a 100% sure that's a no. You can only get a DUI for operating a motor vehicle! So since there is no motor on a bike you are fine!


A cop tried to arrest a lady in my town for riding while drunk and the cop actually got fired!
 
I dont think you can in Maryland, but i would advise against it. most people shouldnt even be walking, let alone trying to operate something metal with wheels and shiny parts....
 
I suppose it depends on what state. In California YES! And infact especially in college town like Davis and Berkley the fines and penalties are more severe than a DUI in a vehicle
