I was employed on a three month trial period, my employer was not happy with my progress at the end of this period and extended it with my agreeance for a further 3 months, he now wants to extend it a further 5 months saying I am a reliable hard worker but my manual skills and attention to detail may not be good enough to allow me to do the job effectively.
Can trial work periods be extended for a second time ?
