can too much pee on a pregnancy test cause a false positive?

im about two weeks late. i just took a test and it came out positive but i kind of rushed it and peed a lot on the stick and im not sure how much i was actually supposed to pee on the stick and it came out positive. can the amount of urine effect the answer?

no it cannot. a pregnancy test tests for HCG levels in urine..if you're not pregnant, you wouldn't have a HCG level in your urine.
