I have a small amount of debt to my daughters old nursery, £166 to be exact! The reason I haven't paid it yet is that I just dont agree with it. Firstly it was the worst nursery ever.... i even turned up one day n no-one was there!!! They had went out to the cafe!! I found out wot one after much hassle,took my daughter n they said they cldnt take her!!!
I put my two weeks notice in once I got my daughter a new nursery place. I thought everything was fine n I had finally got rid of the nursery from hell!! then recieved a letter for unpaid fees!! Owner said that the two weeks notice didnt count as she was on holiday n it was her i had to inform!! I totally disagree with this!! Now she has sent a letter out to my mum threatening court action if not all is not paid now!!! she has said her house can be repossessed, obv I wouldnt ever allow it to get to this but can she contact my mum about all this, she is only down as an emergency contact!! she says she is a guardian even tho she already has me and her dad as a guardian!!!!!!
