I've noticed I got slower since last year, But put on more muscle
I used to throw 7 hits a second, Now I throat 5-6
maybe its testosterone decrease , Im not sure,
But I do 12 sets of pushups, then I lift about 40-60 pounds of clothes luggae, 20 lifts per arm, then another 12 sets, and I do ab work outs, situps, cruches, Lower abdominal work out, then a 3-4 minute shadow boxing.. Tell me please
