Can these boots with stand puddles, light rain, and camp?

Hi, I was recently on the Justice website and saw these boots I thought were cute and I need them for 6th grade camp and winter. Okay, their Cable Knit Sweater Boots. I need to know if they're waterproof. They're probably not, but I need shoes that are waterproof, but not rain boots

Those would definitely not be waterproof. And depending on how waterproof you need them to be, you can get riding style boots that would hold up extremely well. But those can get super pricey.

Not really, It wouldn't be very good for them and your feet would be wet.
