Hi,

I want to delete themes in N73 but I don't know how to. I did a search on google and I came up with appman but when I tried to install it, the phone just gave me error message saying something like the phone cannot install the software. I've double checked and the software is for N73 (series 60).

I also do not want to use the theme as I think it slows down the phone a bit. Is this possible?

You always have to use a theme, but you could create your own/download a completely blank theme if you wanted. To delete themes, go to Tool ---> App Manger. They should hopefully appear in there for you to remove.

Apparently there's no delete option in themes. The themes are installed on the phone not memory card. I need to delete the themes i don't use and i need to find blank theme that doesn't alot in it so the phone doesn't slow down.

I landed up using a faulty N73 piece.. It just has new problems every day.

Latest is that the battery just heats up the device. Other problems include hanging 9depsite two software updates within 45 days of purchase and Memory card getitng corrupted and not getting formatted.

Any help here?

Am already tired and looking forward for a replacement...

You can?t delete pre-installed themes. They are located in the ROM-memory (Read-Only-Memory). Look after a "blank" theme at e.g. www.mobile9.com or somewhere else...

another stupid question. I'm with optus (AU) and on the main screen it's got this big Optus zoo logo. Is it possible to remove this? I'm guessing this is a operator logo?
