Can the yamaha PSR 403 be used to trigger samples in fruity loops?

I m a bit new to this music production thing... i have a yamaha psr e403.. it is general midi compatible and connects to a comp using usb... i want to know whether i can program drums and other instruments using the keyboard and the samples provided in fruity loops.. eg. can i select a sample in fruity loops and then play it through the keyboard for recording???? please help
