well i was selling stolen items on craiglist and i didnt know they were stolen....and an undercover came and i though he was a normal civillian and well he wanted to see the guitar and then i took it out on the garage...........and thats when they arrested us and searched the whole house.....then after 5 hours they said they couldnt take nothing because of a warrant,
were they permitted to go in to my house in the first place???
