can the police give you a DUI if they see a servaliance video of you drinking a beer

in your parked car? I was sitting in my truck doing homework (over 21) drinking one beer at the far end of a big parking lot. There was a car two spaces next to me with a lady in it and then another car pulled to up close to her. After a few minutes i finished my beer and then a police car pulled up behind the car with the lady in it, the lady got out of the car and was talking to the police for a few minutes, then the police left the parking lot and soon after so did the lady. A guy got out of the other car near hers and told me the lady told the cops i was drinking a beer and that i should not drive out of here anytime soon. I threw the beer away and waited three hours until i left figuring the cops were waiting for me to leave so they can give me a DUI but i knew i didn't drink nearly enough. I'm confused why the police didn't approach me! the guy who told me also said the lady told the police to look at the servaliance cameras in the parking lot.

So is it possible that the police can watch the tape, get my license number and give me a ticked or DUI?
