Can the Nokia E73 Mode cell phone record audio and use it as ring-tones?

I'm thinking of upgrading to the Nokia E73 Mode, and I know it has a voice-recorder, but my question is: can I record songs from my computer speakers, then use that audio file as a ring-tone? I have this Samsung flip phone from 2 years ago, and it IS capable of doing that... I was just wondering if any of you had the Nokia E73 and know of this capability...
