can the manager of my mobile home park tell me who i can and can not have as company?

I live in a mobile home park.Everyone owns their homes,but rents the lot..The landlord has recently became very controling.he demands that if we have company for more than one night it must be reported to him.he has also told me that my sister in law could not come visit me because she was a trouble maker..is this legal??
