Our neighbors upstairs stomp around upstairs and drop stuff on the floor all day and well past "curfew". We reported them to the management office and the office called them and they claimed they work 11-7 [yet for some reason they make noise past 11 and we never see them leave!]. The manager called us back and snapped that the ordinance doesn't apply to them and they can make as much noise as they want until 11pm. My husband has to work early in the morning and they keep keeping him up, can she really change a written agreement and a state law?
We've confronted them already and they ignored us and got even louder. We even went so far as to call a courtesy cop to come talk to them [not ticket them or anything just talk] and they not only yelled at the cop but got EVEN LOUDER.
