Can the ford racing 521 cubic inch engine fit in to the 2000- 2005 mustang GT's?

With enough money and fab work anything is possible.

That's also a heavy engine. A lot of the extra power you make will be lost with the increased weight. A nose heavy car is generally a poor handling car too.
 
I want to buy a mustang GT and then beef up horses under the hood. I'm looking in the year range on 2000 to 2005.
