Thing didnt work out between my ex fiancee and me, we've tried and it just wont. So when i go to file for child support, i know i have to file for custody which means i have to prove paternity. But hes the type of guy that doesnt want to take care of his responsibilities. He already has one baby hes not taking care of and she sent him the papers for it and everything.But shes not taking action on him not paying her, i will. But he will do anything in his power to avoid it, so can he refuse a paternity test?
