can the army help with housing when you leave the army???

i'm thinkin bout leavin the army and i was just wonderin if they helped when i leave or due to leave if they could help with housing alot quicker

if you retire you get some help and your pension

No you do not get any help in finding housing from the military once you are discharged. If you are discharged on honorable conditions then they will pay for your belongings to be shipped to your Home of Record and stored for a few months. They will pay you up until your last day. They will not help you find a place.

If you get out with less than 20 years or medically retired you get nothing - just the way the system works.
