N noidatall New member Mar 25, 2010 #1 I was using the urinal a few days ago and I didn't feel any splash back. But I was thinking maybe some did splash in minuscule amounts and I didn't feel it. I had bit of a sore area on my penis, too. So would an STD like HIV spread through that?
