Can sperm go through clothes by a hug?

I'm really paranoid about my girlfriend. I had a ejaculation while i asleep. I didn't have time to wash it before i had to go to school. I think the semen and sperm was probably dry within 4 hours, But sometimes it can stay inside my penis. I hugged her (Both of our clothes were on). I sometimes see her putting her hand on her stomach. Is it possible that she's pregnant?
 
The sperm would have definitely died by then. Not only this, but unless the fabric was thin and the living sperm made direct contact with her vagina somehow, it is impossible for her to be pregnant.

If you're really concerned, just have her take a pregnancy test. I'm almost certain it will turn out negative, but just for peace of mind.
