I am at an okay weight for myself, I am 5'3 and i weigh 100lbs but I want to get toned, and I am working out daily, but I need to know what is a good eating schedule to eat daily without eating shitty foods that will cancel out the fact that I AM working out...
I just want to get toned and feel confident :'-[
