My friend lives about 1,000 miles from me and we are going to join the army together but he is younger than me so he wants to join when he is 17. His mom and dad arent going to fly down here with him though so they would have to give concent without coming to the recruiter. Is there any way we can do this without having his parents coming to the recruiter where he will be sent from. could it be possible for him to get concent near his house then fly over here and join?
