I previously worked for a dog training company, last december I was laid off. I recently looked at their website and they have a picture of my dog and I and a profile explaining my role for the company??? I did give them the picture when I was working there so they could use it for the site, however, I am clearly no longer employed. Can I have them forced to take it off? Please answer if you know what your talking about.
