i have a .pdf file i need unlocked so i can print it. can someone please help me? if so, please let me know how to get in contact with you.

I've googled for unlocking a .pdf, but most of the websites that will unlock it for free have a 5MB limit. The file I want to unlock is 10MB. i can be reached at bbsmith1978 at gmail.com
