Our Directv goes out with every storm and requires a tech to come. Most of the time it takes at least 4 days to get it back. We are getting fed up with it. It is out more than it is on. We don't watch that much tv anyways. I will miss the childrens programming though. Can you tell me the stations I will get and if there are any children's stations?
Can someone tell the stations you get when you use a digital tv converter box?

No real children specific channels are programmed on digital tv but there are other extra channels listed below:
- ABC 1, 2, 3
- SBS 1, 2
- SEVEN Digital 1, 2, 3
- One HD (Only available with a High Def Set Top Box)
- And other various high def channels.
The additional ABC, SBS and SEVEN channels are usually showing reruns of episodes shown on tv earlier during the week. I hope this is of help to you and others
