Can someone tell me what this chair trick is called?

It's kind of like a party trick i saw it once done in a movie and in music videos/musicals. Pretty much where someone walks up on a chair and puts one foot on the to of the back rest causing the chair to tip over and the person, if done right, steps down smoothly.
I looked for it online but i couldn't find anything.

1. is there a name for this trick
and
2. is it easy for beginners to do without injuring themselves??
