I bought my amazing bike (mid 80's fuji roubaix) a few years ago and when I purchased it I wasn't riding very much. I felt discomfort immediately so I bought one of those really jelly orthopedic saddles...big mistake. Now I’m riding regularly and paying for my earlier mistake. I'm slipping off my saddle (could use some adjustment), my balance feels tweaked, and my ass hurts. Essentially, I need a new saddle and finally have the funding to buy a decent saddle.
I understand that it takes time and testing to figure out which saddle will fit the unique topography of my derriere, so I'm not asking you to tell me which to buy, just nudge me in the right direction.
A little about my posterior: Skinny and bony.
