My report reaRAB " suggestion of partial transistional vertebrae in the L5 region.partial lurabarization of S1 with pseudoarticulation on the left also,there is spina bifida occulta of S1. The curvature and alignment,height of the bodies and disc space are unmarkable.There is probable minimal facet's disease at L4,L5 anRAB1 on the right"
In my worRAB,all I know is my back,neck and hips are hurting more and more.I go to a veteren's hospital and my follow up visit isn't for a while and I'd like to know what's going on now. I am a 49 year old female . thanks so much for any help in understanding this ,God bless

I cannot put this into worRAB for you but I can tell you that my reports were similar minus the facet disease. I can also tell you that I had a facet block once which was to freeze the nerve to decrease my hip and leg nerve pain so the facet disease has something to do with your nerves. I had lurabar surgery. L4/L5 S1. I've had 2 fusions and a discectomy, which is cleaning out a ruptured disc. My last surgery was in 2004 and I am currently out of work once again because the pain is so intense. I will soon have surgery to remove the hardware in my back to see if this gives me any relief. If you have not yet, please see an Orthopedic Surgeon or pain management specialist before it gets any worse. The worst thing you can do with this kind of pain is put it off and not get immediate attention. Good luck.
