college put this on my account? I was illegally expelled by the college president because I contacted a civil rights attorney to explore my options since my protected civil rights were being violated by the college president and the college administrators.
I filed a complaint with the U. S. Dept of Education Office for Civil Rights for my region and they came to the college and found that the college president including the college had retaliated against me for my contact with a civil rights attorney.
The college president put three messages on my student account; one was on Jan 03, 09, for me to put them on my fafsa to receive financial aid at their college, and the other one was on Feb 23, 09, put it was the same message, and the third which they put on my student account was on Jan 03, 09, was for an algreba class which states PC Indicates Credit Pending Receipt of Official Transcript & Enrollment.
When the same civil rights office supervisor called the college attorney they called their clients (the college), and the college told their attorney that they refused to allow me to return to their college put why did they put this on my student account and these other messages on my student account.
I think that I should sue the civil rights office for not having the college reenroll me at their school.
