Can someone please make some Javascript/HTML for me?

I have a website... www.xavk.co.uk and it has a few pages on it. If you look there are two vid pages which I would like to make one mouseovermenu like on ebay(Where,when you mouseover My Ebay, more options appear.), but in the same style as my website. So it looks exactly the same but when you mouse over Videos, then Funny Vids & HowTo vids appear below. If someone could make me some code that does this I would be extremely grateful!!!!

Javascript is not that hard to learn.
