my chest really sore? I haven't lifted any weights for three years! However, I have maintained my cardiovascular fitness.

I'm about to hit the gym, which weightlifting exercises should I perform so I can get really sore! I love it when my chest is sore, it feels great!

Bench press the bar as many times as I can? Chest flyovers? Push ups? Chest press?
