I'm trying to assemble a lift kit for my 04 jeep grand cherokee WJ. I have: 4" lift coil springs, 4" lift shocks, 2 front adjustable lower control arms, an adjustable track bar, a t-case drop kit, rear swaybar link drop brackets, and a rear upper control arm spacer (goes between rear upper control arms and differential). Now I have some Jeep stores in my local area saying that I also need, a pitman arm drop (tho I have an adjustable track bar), new bumpstops?, and extended brake lines. And they said the pitman arm drop will be $40, the bumpstops will be $65, and the extended brake lines will be $200. Now Im 16 and I really dont have all that extra money to spend after buying what I already have (I have some 33" super swampers that im going to put on after the lift.) SO, please let me know if I actually need these things. Expecially the brake lines, can i get away without using those on a 4" lift? Please let me know if what I have is good, if I should buy something else, and if I need these things the Jeep stores are saying. but also please keep in mind im 16, making car payments and I dont have all the money in the world. thanks!
