Ok what you need to do is put all of these organisms in order from LOWEST to HIGHEST based on feeding relationships and transfer of energy.
These are the organisms:
-dolphin
-right whale
-bacteria
-copepods
-eagle
-jack
-mullet
-pelican
-phytoplankton
-shrimp
-shad
