Okay, I am new to photoshop CS4. I always used Kodak or photofiltre before. I have figured almost everything out, with this exception. I am trying to make a picture for one of my friends with a myspace layout site. I need to make a picture of someone with a bright background, and then an outline of another bright background. I cannot figure this out. I could always do it on photofiltre but it wouldn't let me do outlines. Can someone please help!
