Can someone please help me with my Nokia E63?

Its a problem with applications I think.
Because whenever I used an application for about 15-20 minutes, my phone just crashes. My screen just goes black and then returns to homepage. Therefore it ends my application that I was using. I use mostly two applications which are Facebook and Mxit (south african msn thingy)
And it's really irritating because when I chat to my friends it just crashes!

I have already formatted my phone..twice. And it still does the same thing.
Has anyone had this problem before? Or any ideas on what I should do?
 
I looked at the specs for the phone and it sounds like one of two things. Either the phoen is running out of memory while the apps are running, or the apps themselves are not written very well and are crashing. You might wish to see if there are updated versions you can install. Do a search for online forums for that phone, and you may find other people with a similar problem. They might have some tips on fixing it.
