Can someone please help me to figure out what could be wrong with my html codes?

Im in a web fundamentals class I am stuck on 2 assignments, one having to do with frames, the other images. Ive even copied and pasted some of the codes straight out of the lesson to be sure I'm not making any typing errors, still nothing is showing up like it's supposed to. (at all) If someone had time and is familiar with html Id like to email you my files to see if you can figure out what I'm doing wrong or if something is wrong with my pc. My teacher was supposed to help m, but it's been 2 days and Ive not heard a thing. Thanks
