I am new at drawing people, and I need some help...I have searched through tutorials but I have not found many good ones, and I am still having trouble...
I found this picture (and artist) on Deviantart, and I adore how she drew the hair in this picture:

I am having trouble drawing it out...And I would appreciate some advice!
And I want to learn how to draw hair like this without always looking at a reference picture.
Can anyone explain to me step by step how to draw hair like that? Even just a small section? And/or does anyone know any good tutorials for drawing hair? You can list online tutorials, or art books. Thank you so much!
