In Government, I read that when a person votes for the candidates, they arent voting directly, instead they are voting for the party's electors in their state.
I am very confused because I always thought the people who voted did so to choose who the president would be but instead other people choose the president?
Ahh please help. After reading this it made me feel like as if the citizens are not actually involved in the choosing of the president. Please prove me wrong!
