The UNCR is the first legislation that I will be evaluating. It support individual under the age of eighteen. A strength for the UHNCR it was the first to introduce the IRO. This legislation has 54 articles on the human right, freedom of violence, and the right to play, the right to express themselves. Another advantage is that the UNCR is there also to support individual rights and freedoms; these include race, ethnicity, sex, language, belief, political reason, etc. an additional strength is that it protects and support refugees at the request of a government there were agency involved to help refugees and to protect them and resolve their refugee problems. UNCR also aims to safeguard the right and well being of refuges. It also helps the voluntary repatriation local integration or resettlement to a third country. It allows people to immerse to the country. It makes sure that each of us may apply the right to seek asylum and find to find somewhere to live in another country. There are approximately seventy five percent of asylum seeker of the Refugees who lives in developing countries. This legislation makes sure that they meet the child needs.
