can someone on drug court still qualify for medical marijuana?

I know people that are on probation can still use MM legally with a recommendation for it from a licensed physician but if I'm on drug court would I be able to use MM legally as long as a licensed physician recommends it? And please give answers that are HELPFUL, INFORMATIVE, and RELAVANT to the question. I really need some answers. If there's anyone on here who has any first hand experience with this or any info relating to this please give some input
