Can someone name these old teletoon shows?

Ok,the first show had a grim reaper talk host who would introduce different scary stories for each episode. Each episode would feature a completely different story,so it was sort of like an anthology,except for the grim reaper,he was always there. The second show was completely insane,it featured these 4 teens who kept having random hallucinations or something. I'm not sure weather they were hallucinating or traveling to alternate dimensions or what the hell was going on. Something would always trigger their hallucinations,a certain sound or image,or some sort of external stimuli. Sometimes they would hallucinate together and sometimes apart. They would always have to carry out some sort of particular ritual or sequence of events to escape their hallucinations/alternate universe. The sequence of events would always be different but they would always receive clues as to what they were supposed to do,so it was like a huge riddle. The hallucinations would also give them hints on as to what was about to transpire in the real world,usually helping them prevent tragic events. I really have no idea as to what was going on in this show,maybe they were all just getting high or something. I remember seeing them take some small red pills in this one episode,but it only happened in that one episode. Also,the animation was excellent for this show,everything was 3D and very realistic. Can you name these teletoon shows?
