can someone help me write a ballad poem 2-4 stanzas long?

can someone please give me an example of what this would look like or get me started at least?
try to write a ballad on a contemporary subject. focus on events leading up to the climax of a comic or tragic situation
4 line stanza
4 stressed syllables in the first and third line and 3 stressed syllables in the 2 y 4
