im 11 and dont have no money to buy the insanity workout.i want to be in shape bad because im a little on the chubby side.can someone be so kind to give me all the names of the exercises?i dont need the videos or anything.just the names of the exercises.i know its alot to ask but it would make me really happy if you could do this for me.thanks bless your heart
