I have the EnV Touch,and it worked perfectly fine until about 1 or 2 days ago,where the front screen will say "Phone was powered down to prevent battery overheat" and then when i try to charge my phone it'l say something about shutting down due to the heat.What can I do to get my phone back to normal?Any suggestions?
