With that Stinger battery you will have no need for the stock battery at all. Do the big 3 upgrade
1) negative battery terminal to chassis ground
2) positive battery terminal to alternator
3) engine block to chassis ground
That will take care of your dimming lights problem. If by chance you still have dimming lights, then get a High Output alternator.
 
ok i have posted 3 questions and if got some good answers i just want to know if this will work and if there is anything else i need to do.

so my car is a 93 buick centry
im getting-
2 18" fi ssd subs
Hifonics HFi1500D 1500W RMS, Class D Monoblock HFi Series Amplifier
and im doing the big 3 upgrade

do i need this battery? Stinger SPV35 525 Amp Power Series Dry Cell Battery w/ Protective Steel Case for Systems up to 1050W like would it help me and if i do need it how do i hook it up? and would i use the stock battery as well and just put that in the back and if i have to do that how would i hook it up? so what i want is, is to get the full 1000 watts rms whenever i want to blast it but i dont want any dimming would the stinger battery help with that or would i need to up grade my alternator and if i do need to upgrade my alt what would fit in a 93 buick centry? and when i go down the street how loud is a 1000 watts like would a car in front of or behind me hear it? i really want people to hear me coming down the street. im ovb new to car audio thats why im asking this stuff so thanks for the help :)
