ok this is the issue. i have had the virus for a long 7 days (felt like years now). basically this isn't my first plead for help however i have used 7 anti worms and 2 normal removals such as malbytewares and pc tool, anti sasser worm and even the microsoft which sadly isn't compatible for my pc :/
the anti viruses have completely wiped all virus exept the worm!!
and the worm was my only issue.
the pc tool detected 2 worms on my system then told me they were destroyed... so what is this "windows has encountered a critical error and will shutdown in one minute" like omg ... every time i connect to the internet.
please help me.... the only source of internet i have atm is at sixth form.... and well with all the filters its just not the same
