Okay so I'm an itunes guy, but sony has designed their mp3 players to work better with windows media player. I'm running WMP 11 on vista and well here's my dilema. I want to easily create a playlist on my player, but windows media player has all sorts of stuff in the library that takes way too long for me to find the songs I want to have in my list. When I go to display the songs that are just on the mp3 player I can see the songs, but I can't drag and drop them into the new playlist. I thought about opening two media players at the same time and it won't let me. How can I set up a playlist using the songs from my mp3 player without having to use the music list that is found under library.......there's just way too much stuff.
I did notice that from itunes, I can create a playlist and move it over using sony's 'content transfer' but itunes won't recognize the mp3 player because it isn't an ipod so I run into the same thing at not being able to just use the songs that are on the mp3 player....not the ones that are on my laptop.
