It's a quote by David Parrish that I have to make sense of:
'Quality of your product / service is not a fixed thing. In business terms, it is a harmony between customers' needs and what's provided.'
As far as I understand, that means, on a basic level...I give one product out, and each customer expects something a little different to each other, and therefore, your product is ever changing in usability and general 'worth it' etc. Is that...On the right lines?
