FOUND POEM
The most fulfilling way to find ones self,
is to experience what it’s like to be another.
Look through new eyes,
In order to see through your own.
Take a path down a road of darkness,
In order to recognize the shining light.
Drop to your lowest point,
In order to have the skills to step back up.
One must take all the wrong turns,
In order to find the right door.
Walk down all the dreaded streets,
In order to come across the pleasant trail.
Experience the horrible labor,
In order to fully appreciate the luxury.
To be taught,
is to not truly understand.
Effective learning comes,
Once one has experienced.
To successfully experience,
One must have,
Absolute understanding.
The difficult tasks thrown at us,
Are the ones He believes we must overcome.
Completing these tasks,
Brings you a single step closer to becoming,
who you are meant to be.
Once you have satisfying,
found who you are,
You will live a life of,
Undying happiness.
