My EX-husband was supposed to attend court this morning for a DWI. A jury had been selected, but was sent home because the "defendant" was a no-show. He has previous arrests, including bad checks and an old DW AI (that I know of). I would like to know how long it will take for a warrant to be issued, or if one will at all. If so, could he go to jail?
Can someone go to jail for not showing up to a DWI trial?
